Why aren't prices listed?
We are onboarding a small number of companies and price each one to its size: locations, team and volume. You will have a written proposal before anything is signed.
What does onboarding include?
We move your products, recipes, vendors, open orders and opening stock in with you, set up your locations and documents, and train your team. We stay close through the first month.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on Business and Dedicated. Add a domain such as erp.yourcompany.com in your account, point it at your workspace, and we issue and renew its certificate.
Where is our data kept?
In a database of your own, hosted on Google Cloud in the United States and backed up every day. Dedicated plans can choose their region.
How do we add our team?
Admins invite people from inside the workspace and give each one a role. Owners manage the plan, billing and domains here on dowelsystems.com.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Export everything at any time. If you leave, we hand you a full export and then delete your workspace.
Do you train AI on our data?
No. Your records are used to answer your team's questions and nothing else.
